M + W Studio
Meadow and Wild is a peaceful, light-filled studio nestled amongst trees in the outskirts of Kirikiriroa (Hamilton). It's a creative space for slowing down, where tea is always brewing and the clay is ready to meet your hands, just as you are.
Here, creativity is a form of self-care. Workshops are designed to help you reconnect - with yourself, with others, and with papatūānuku. Whether you’re coming for a class, a private event, or a seasonal gathering, you’ll be welcomed into a space that celebrates imperfection, ritual and play.
While clay is at the heart of it all, Meadow and Wild is also growing into something bigger! Soulful collaborations with other wāhine, creative events, and offerings that nurture both artistry and wellbeing.

Hi, I'm Sinead
I'm the gal behind the wheel, the one replying to your emails, carefully wrapping your orders, and welcoming you into the studio with a smile.
I’m a creative, teacher, dreamer, and space holder. For me, creating with clay is a way of slowing down. It brings me into the present moment and reminds me to lead with intuition, not expectation. I love watching others discover that same feeling - shoulders soften, breath deepens, confidence grows.
Before Meadow and Wild, I spent nearly a decade as a high school teacher. I loved teaching. But over time, I felt called to build something of my own - something softer, slower, and more aligned with the seasons of life. Now get to work in a sunlit studio, surrounded by clay, wildflowers, and community, and teach in a way that feels soft, grounded, and deeply nourishing.
It’s still teaching, but gentler, deeper, wilder.
