Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch via the email below. We take a lot of care when packaging up your items, but sometimes the packages can have a rough time in transit. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please get in touch via the email below. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will be happy to sort a replacement or refund. However, shipping costs are not able to be refunded.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Purchases are final so please choose carefully and read the listing information.
