Embrace the art of wheel throwing and find your creative flow in a serene and nurturing environment

Designed to cultivate foundation skills, this five-week experience will have you shaping different forms of pottery on the wheel. As you delve into the world of ceramics, you'll not only learn techniques like centering, pulling up, and shaping, but also explore glazing and clay recycling. 

Your creative 5 week journey at the Meadow and Wild studio promises not just newfound skills and beautiful pottery but also a tranquil and peaceful escape.

Weekly Plan:

Week 1: Throwing Basics
Week 2: Turning and trimming
Week 3: Adding handles 
Week 4: Throwing Bowls
Week 5: Shaping Pieces
Week 6: Glazing 101

What’s included?

10kgs of Macs Mud Buff Stoneware Clay, the use of studio tools and apron plus 6-10 pieces to be glazed and fired. 

Any additional pieces may be kept for an extra $15 per piece.

Do you offer make up sessions if I miss a class?

Please double check you can make all dates across the six weeks as we’re unable to offer make up classes.
